Delivery Policy

We have partnered with the best logistics providers in the UK to ensure that great care is taken during transit to ensure safe delivery of products to you. Below mentioned are the highlights of our delivery policy:

Dispatch time

We will dispatch in-stock items on the same business day if your orders are received by us before 3:00 PM. Orders that are received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. Our dispatch teams work from 08:45 AM to 17:00, Monday to Friday. As such, orders that are received after 03:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday except in cases where the following Monday happens to be a public holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next working day.

There could be cases when the products ordered by you might not be in stock. Our dispatch time might be higher in cases where your desired item is not in stock. We will contact you with an option to cancel your order if would prefer to not wait.

Delivery time

We generally deliver on the next business day to most mainland UK locations. We will reach out to you in cases where we foresee delays because of high order volumes and/or other extenuating circumstances. During such times we might not be able to guarantee next day delivery. Our next day delivery promise does not include remote and offshore areas such as  Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. Delivery Price

Delivery is free if your order value exceeds £199 (ex-VAT). For orders below £199, delivery charges are calculated as per the below pricing table. We are currently able to deliver only to UK addresses and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
